    • Do I have to be a Bridge Space member to reserve the event space?

      No, you do not have to be a Bridge Space member to reserve the event space in Lee’s Summit. The space is open to anyone in the community, making it easy for local businesses, organizations, or individuals to host events when needed.

    • What kind of events can I hold in your space?

      The sky is the limit!


      Bridge Space offers a flexible event space in Lee’s Summit that can accommodate a wide range of events, including networking events, fundraisers, workshops, conferences, and community gatherings. 


      The space can also be used for creative sessions, strategy meetings, luncheons, and other professional or social events.

    • How big is the event space?

      Our main event space in Lee’s Summit can accommodate around 250 guests depending on the setup, while the outdoor patio can host around 100 people. 


      This gives you flexibility for both indoor and outdoor events based on your needs.

    • What is the cancellation policy?

      Event reservations at Bridge Space in Lee’s Summit follow a structured cancellation policy based on timing.


      If you cancel 30 or more days in advance, 50% of your deposit is forfeited, and cancellations made less than 30 days before the event result in a non refundable deposit.

    • Are there any other policies that affect me?

      Yes, event bookings at Bridge Space in Lee’s Summit include a required cleaning fee in addition to the rental cost. This helps ensure the space is properly maintained and ready for each event.

    • Can I bring in food and drinks?

      Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks into the event space at Bridge Space in Lee’s Summit, or you can choose from our list of preferred local vendors. 


      We just ask that you clean up after yourself, including removing trash and wiping down tables, so the space stays ready for the next group.

    • Can I bring in food and drinks to the conference rooms?

      Sure! You can bring in what you need or you can choose from our list of preferred vendors.

    • What are conferece room credits?

      Great question! Credits represent "hours" of conference room time. Each credit equals one hour and can be used across any of the Bridge Space meeting rooms. 


      Credits are only available for Bridge Space Members to use. So think about joining and growing your business!
