For the C-Suite and culture drivers business owners out there – If you’re not defining and driving your culture, someone else is.

As you scale your business and hire employees, your culture can quickly become anything to anyone if you haven’t defined who you are and what you stand for. You can save yourself a lot of money in the long run if you’re intentionally creating your culture. We’ve all seen that people problems can become disastrous business problems in a flash especially if you’re hiring the wrong people for your organization.

Over the years, we’ve developed the Culture Lab program which is an interactive and hands on approach that uses a number of proven techniques and tools to help growth-minded organizations create an intentional, more productive workplace culture. Companies who have been through Culture Lab have experience greater focus, greater workflow efficiency, better communication and greater employee engagement which has led to overall bottom line success.

CoreBuild is coming to Bridge Space

The CoreBuild team, Frank Keck and Jessie Jacob (that’s me!), are coming to Bridge Space on February 7.  In this workshop, we’ll tell you more building an about what an “intentional workplace culture” means , what it means to hire for “culture fit,” and we’ll share a few, actionable exercises that you can leave with to try out with your teams and potential hires as well.

Frank worked in corporate training and organizational development for over 17 years and believes that workplace culture is imperative if you want your people to become the best version of themselves. Culture also helps their organizations thrive, improve bottom-line results, and improve their customers’ experiences.

My career has spanned three venture-backed startups, and I’ve worked as an associate for an accelerator.  I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for startups to be intentional with their workplace cultures as they scale to more efficiently achieve company objectives and improve the overall wellbeing of the workplace.

Join us at Bridge Space

I hope you’ll join Frank and me on Thursday, February 7 at 11am at Bridge Space.  Our conversation will be interactive and actionable. By the end of the hour, you’ll have tangible ways to improve your culture (or the culture you are building) immediately.

In the fast-paced moving world of business, maintaining and improving team productivity is crucial for achieving your business goals. As we keep rolling into the 2024 season, businesses are seeking innovative ways to enhance their team's efficiency and output. In this blog post, we'll explore doable and actionable tips and tricks to elevate your team's productivity levels, including the benefits of getting offsite for your next team meeting at Bridge Space. Understanding the Importance of Productivity Productivity is more than just getting tasks done—it's about achieving your results in the most efficient manner possible. A productive team not only meets deadlines but also fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation. By maximizing productivity, businesses can stay ahead of the competition and achieve their goals effectively as a team. Tips for Improving Team Productivity Set Clear Goals and Expectations: Clearly defined and personal goals provide your team with a sense of purpose and direction. Ensure that each team member understands their role in achieving these goals and the expectations associated with their tasks. Encourage Open Communication: Effective communication is the gateway to productivity. Encourage open dialogue within your team, where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions, and providing feedback. This fosters collaboration and ensures everyone is on the same page with the project. Provide the Right Tools and Resources: Equip your team with the necessary tools, software, and resources to streamline their workflow. Investing in technology that automates repetitive tasks and improves efficiency can significantly boost your productivity. We all know the struggle of dealing with outdated software as well. Cutting corners can lead to inconsistency and overall counter-productivity! Promote Work-Life Balance: A healthy work-life balance is essential for maintaining productivity and preventing burnout.
