One of the biggest misconceptions about Bridge Space is that entrepreneurs will walk into the space and rent offices from us.   Nope – that’s not going to happen at all. 

Why?

Because we don’t do leases. First, ain’t nobody (read: me!) got time to manage leases; and second, you don’t rent space. You become a member.  

Bridge Space members have full access to the conference rooms, the podcasting studio, private phone booths, event space, outdoor porch, member lounge, free parking, printing access, events, and programming. And, of course, all of your utilities and basic cleaning are taken care of for you too.

We’re not a gym – this isn’t the place to sneak in, knock out your to-do list with earbuds in, and then leave as quickly as possible. We want you to take advantage of everything that we offer.

Sitting in the open space ( even if you have a private office or dedicated desk ) and frequently changing locations is a great way to (a) mix up your current routine and (b) gives you the opportunity to meet new people. I guarantee that moving around will feel like you’re in a completely new space.

Attending events shows your support for your fellow coworkers. Not only are you able to give constructive feedback, you will, undoubtedly, learn something new and gain insights that will help you grow. When you attend events, you open yourself up to be inspired, to think more creatively, and to hear a different perspective than you might not have considered.

Hosting an event is the perfect way to refine your presentation deck, share your knowledge, and hone your speaking skills. The more time you have on stage, the better you are positioned as a thought leader in your industry.   Plus, this is a great way to showcase yourself to your future clients.

We’ve put real thought and consideration into making the most out of every square foot of this building.
