Bridge Space Donates $60,000 to Local Non-profits
The start of a new year brings so much ambition, doesn’t it? Companies set new goals and hope to surpass last year’s margins. But many companies look beyond profit margins and make philanthropy a major part of their focus. Bridge Space is no different.
Bridge Space is dedicated to giving back to our community with our time, support, and financial contributions. We are excited to see some really awesome events happening in downtown Lee’s Summit in 2020 with a charitable arm: Wings 4 Water , Chilifest , and concerts from the Lees Summit Jazz Orchestra . These events are hosted at Bridge Space – just one example of how we are currently involved in the community. Check out our full events calendar here .
Bridge Space has been a hot topic of Link 2 Lee’s Summit lately. This week on Link 2 Lee’s Summit, Bridge Space was recognized by guest columnist John Beaudoin for our current work to bridge the gap between nonprofit organizations and the business community in Lee’s Summit. In John’s article, Ben Rao talks about a few valuable lessons he has learned and one thing that took him by surprise as Bridge Space has grown: the impact made on local nonprofits. In 2019, Bridge Space donated more than $60,000 with use of the parking lot, conference rooms, event space, and business mentorship.
As Bridge Space continues to grow, we are proud to look back and see the impact we have made. We are excited for 2020 and thank John for acknowledging our impact on the community.
